TikTok influencer HSTikkyTokky was taken into custody after avoiding law enforcement for almost twelve months in connection with reported traffic violations.
The 24-year-old, identified as Harrison Sullivan, was sought by local authorities for failing to attend a court date after a collision in Surrey's Virginia Water in March 2024.
Authorities had previously launched an appeal for leads after the driver of a high-performance vehicle linked to a crash with a different vehicle fled the location.
The influencer, who skipped a scheduled hearing in November, had since posted videos on online platforms from the Middle East.
A statement from Surrey Police on the start of the week declared: "A 24-year-old man from Hutton, Essex was taken into custody on Friday for failing to appear at court for reckless operation of a vehicle.
"The individual appeared at Guildford Magistrates' Court on Saturday and is being held ahead of a further hearing at Staines Magistrates' Court on Tuesday."
The judicial body confirmed that allegations included failing to stop after an incident, operating a vehicle while handling a cellphone, and operating a vehicle lacking third party insurance.
